Tracy Saenger
Communications Coordinator
Tracy manages communications for the Learning Center and is webmaster for this site. As coordinator of Campus Outreach, she supervises a staff of Peer Educators and is responsible for the development and delivery of programs that highlight the practical application of research on learning to promote student success. Tracy also provides academic counseling, and teaches the Math GRE prep class. She is managing editor of the Learning Center's newsletter, The Learning Curve.
Tracy holds a Master's degree in Human Relations - an applied interdisciplinary field that draws on the study of organizational and interpersonal dynamics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Guelph, Canada.
Tracy is committed to teaching and learning, and worked in various capacities before coming to UT: managing the operation of a community college science learning center, teaching middle school mathematics, developing resources for students in the natural sciences, and promoting science education outside the classroom through community programming. In the spirit of lifelong learning, she is now in ACC's webmaster certification program, with a design and media specialization.
