• November 22 - Academic Affairs Committee Meeting
  The Academic Affairs Committee will be meeting this SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 at 2:30pm in the SG Office, and will be discussing the textbook comparison list at that time. • November 22 - External Affairs Committee Meeting
  The External Affairs Committee will be meeting at 3pm on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 in the SG Office to discuss the AB regarding absences. Contact Andy Jones, the EA committee chairman, for additional information (ajones2010@gmail.com).
• November 23 - Student Life Committee Meeting
  The Student Life Committee will be meeting on MONDAY evening, NOVEMBER 23, at 7pm in the SG office to discuss legislation from this week and last, bike racks, and O's (at the discretion of the author). • November 24 - Application Deadline -- Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board
  The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) applications for the non-voting member or one of the five THECB committees are due next TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24 by 4:00 PM in the SG office. If you have any questions, contact Student Body President, Liam O'Rourke(ORourke.Liam@gmail.com).
• November 24 - NO Student Government General Meeting
  There will be NO assembly meeting this week on NOVEMBER 24th due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
• December 1 - SG Hosts Special Referendum for Election Reform Changes
  There will be a student-wide referendum election on constitutional changes on DECEMBER 1ST AND 2ND. The student body will be asked to vote on changes to the Student Government Constitution and Election Code (changes attached in News - Uploaded Flies). • December 2 - Application Deadline for Spring Appropriations
  The application deadline for early SPRING appropriations is December 2 at 5:00 PM. Applications are due to Veronica Cantu in the SG office on the 4th floor of the SSB. • December 4 - CMHC Student Advisory Committee Application Deadline
  The UT Counseling and Mental Health Center is actively seeking SG’s representation in a new CMHC Student Advisory Committee. One seat on the committee will be reserved for a representative from SG who will partner with CMHC around the mental health needs of UT students. To apply: please submit the attached application form to Liam O’Rourke by DECEMBER 4, 2009 at NOON. SG will then nominate a representative, with CMHC making the final selection decision.
