TeamWeb

TeamWeb began over 10 years ago through the vision of Richard Mendez, the University's first webmaster. TeamWeb's mission is to support and promote Web publishing and Web use at The University of Texas at Austin. The team fulfills its mission by providing the following services:

  1. Coordinate publishing activities on campus.
  2. Support new publishers.
  3. Provide design services to current publishers.
  4. Design and distribute templates for publishers.
  5. Train Web publishers and users.
  6. Provide consulting to Web users.
  7. Maintain the Web Central server.

The Web Technologies Team in ITS Applications along with the University Libraries, the Office of Public Affairs, the ITS Unix group, help coordinate these efforts. TeamWeb welcomes your comments on how it can improve Web services to The University, its alumni, and to those interested in this great University.
