Notes from Digital Video Producers Meeting on

Dan Benner gave a presentation on Putting QuickTime Pro to work with Applescript. He uses this to process Final Cut Pro movies for a video library. Specifically, he creates scripts that create multiple codec versions of a movie exported from Final Cut Pro. Currently, he exports a Sorenson 3 and a MPEG-4 version. He also uses Applescript to back up e-mail files.

Diane Gierisch revealed a new site for Webcasting at UT (beta version).
