Carolee Mitchell from UT Libraries gave a report about UTOPIA. It is now officed in UT Libraries (formerly General Libraries). They plan to create video in 3 categories: UT Minutes, Behind the Scenes, and features. We will take a tour of their offices after they have moved.
Egan Jones reported on the status of using MediaSiteLive in 3 classes this fall. They are collecting data such as absences, grade improvement, etc. and will provide a full report at the end of the semester.
Mark Rogers discussed the College of Communications installation of VBrick system.
