The College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) leads the way in providing support and education for peer mentors and tutors internationally. CRLA is the only organization that provides certification for both mentors and tutors. Through a rigorous application process, CRLA certifies mentoring and tutoring programs to certify their students at three different levels: Regular, Advanced and Master. Becoming a certified mentor or tutor recognizes that the students have attended the necessary training, have had sufficient experience, and have been evaluated on their performance.

TIP Mentor Academy is proud to offer the benefit of certification to the Academic Peer Mentors and Tutors. Certification applauds the efforts and accomplishments of peer mentors/tutors who are then able to include this honor and achievement on their resume and future applications.
