Mok Yoo

Hi y’all! Congrats on your success and welcome to TIP. My name is Mok Yoo and I go by Moka (yes, as in mocha coffee!) I was born and raised in South Korea till eleven and lived mostly in Irving, TX before coming to UT. I am interested in learning about different cultures and meeting new people from everywhere. (Please come talk to me, I want to hear your story!) I hope to learn to speak Spanish and Japanese fluently at some point of my life. I love food (desserts are my favorite! Mmmm, chocolate moltencake topped with icecream), dancing, running, and smiling! I am a psychology/pre-pharmacy major and this year will be my 3rd year in UT! I was a TIP student in my first year and loved it so much. The program gave me lifelong friends, great memories, and overflowing opportunities. I know you will love it just like I did. Well, I am super excited to meet you, this year will be amazing! I can’t wait!
