David Eglsaer

"David is a fourth year geology student at UT. With an interest in almost every aspect of geology, he has yet to narrow down a specific field of study. However, with a strong love of traveling, he has tried to discover all he can. David is a native Texan who has had an interest in geology since childhood, collecting any, and as many, rocks and fossils as he could find. His favorite, from childhood, is a fossilized coprolite."

David was sponsored by the Geology Foundation of the Department of Geological Sciences at UT Austin, through the Thomas and Ray Burke Student Job Program.

Comment: David has a great sense of humor and was willing to tackle gruesome moving operations, handling each project with the greatest care. David graduated and went on to work as a project engineer with Angelo Iafrate.
