Bill Drummond

Bill joined us in 2002 and worked his way through about 18,000 shells in the Andrews Recent shell collection. he checked identifications and completed detailed tags for each specimen. Those tags were entered into the database now available to query.

After the Andrews collection was completed Bill went on to identify recent marine invertebrates from western Australia, a small collection donated by Judy Lundelius.

Comment: Bill was instrumental in the accessioning of the Andrews collection and he was a great inspiration to us all.
