Texas Memorial Museum
Visitor Information: Directions
The Texas Memorial Museum is the exhibit hall of the Texas Natural Science Center, located at 2400 Trinity Street, on The University of Texas at Austin campus, in Austin, Texas.
From I-35:
- Exit at Manor Rd., 235B.
- Turn into campus at the traffic signal, onto Manor Rd. The name of the street will change to Clyde Littlefield Dr. as you enter campus.
- Turn right at Red River.
- Turn left onto Dean Keeton.
- Turn left onto Robert Dedman.
- Turn right onto 23rd St.
- Turn right onto San Jacinto Blvd.
Buses must drop off all passengers near the first stop sign, the intersection of San Jacinto and 24th St, and then continue bus parking across I-35 (see Directions & Map above).
Cars and vans may continue to the parking garage (see below and overview maps). Take the second entrance into the ramp (up to second level). Do NOT park at the ground level.
Around the Texas Memorial Museum:
From San Jacinto you will see the mustang statue and the Museum up the hill to the right. Follow the left-hand set of steps up the hill. Continue on the sidewalk (past the Glen Rose dinosaur trackway) around to the front entrance of the Museum.
