QuickTrip Online Reservations

Due to budget constraints and low adoption rates, UT System institutions are opting to discontinue offering the QuickTrip customized online booking tool effective June 1, 2011.

If you are a QuickTrip user with future travel arrangements previously confirmed through QuickTrip, your reservations remain confirmed and can be changed/cancelled by contacting Carlson Wagonlit Travel at 1-800-798-0292, or online.

Travel Management Services is investigating alternative tools which may be available through our contracted travel agencies and will advise the UT Austin community of any new online booking options.
