Changing Reservations Before Ticketing
If your reservations have not been ticketed, you may make a change to your itinerary by logging on to QuickTrip and clicking “Trips” in the top navigation menu.
Changing or Canceling Reservations After Ticketing
If you already have an e-ticket and need to change or cancel the reservation, contact Carlson Wagonlit Travel via e-mail for assistance. If you have an e-ticket, it is important that you notify Carlson Wagonlit as soon as possible so they can process the refund. If the ticket is non-refundable, Carlson Wagonlit will explain cancellation and reissue procedures based on the airline rules.
