How to Make a Reservation

Texas Union facilities are available for reservation by submitting a Reservation Request Form on the Internet, in person, by fax, or by campus mail (Campus mail code: F4200) to the Reservations Office, Room 2.400, and are processed on a first come, first served basis. The form must be complete (including signature and UT EID). Be certain to put the exact time when stating the time of the event. If extra time is needed for set-up or decorating for an event, please note this information under the "setup time".

For changes to an event already confirmed, you may e-mail changes to reservations@union.utexas.edu. Please reference your event with the event number, or event title, date, time, and location. Changes must be made at least two working days before the event to avoid late fees. Reservations Office staff will make every effort to accommodate late requests, but may not always be able to do so.

To assist the Reservations Office in providing the best possible service to our clients, all arrangements for any event must be made by the individual who submits the Reservation Request Form.

IMPORTANT: All events are subject to state laws, Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents of The University of Texas, University regulations and Texas Union policies. The Texas Union maintains the right to cancel, without advance notice, any event not in compliance with these regulations. It is the responsibility of the person requesting service to ensure that the event is in compliance. Questions concerning applicable regulations should be directed to the Assistant Director for Operations.
