Helium Usage
The Student Events Center allows registered student and staff organizations to purchase helium on a per-balloon basis. The helium tanks are located in the Student Events Center office and can only be used between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday.
To request to use helium, please contact Leslie Parrish at 475-6645 with your name, UTEID, organization name, organization account number (if you have one), the date and time you wish to come by, as well as how many balloons you wish to fill. You will be contacted with a quote and to let you know if your desired date and time are available. A bill will be processed upon your arrival and it will be your responsibility to pay the bill in the Texas Union Cash Operations office (UNB 3.110) within 30 days.

Please note that the Student Events Center does not provide balloons, string, balloon weights, garbage bags for carrying balloons, etc to any group. Please bring everything you need with you to the Student Events Center for filling up balloons.
