Important Dates and Deadlines

For students completing a Connecting Experience abroad, you will also be responsible for complying with the Student Travel Policy for International Locations established by the UT Study Abroad Office. Allow at least 3 to 4 weeks for this process. Consult your BDP advisor if you have any questions.

If completing a Connecting Experience during the spring 2012 semester:

• Abroad—November 1, 2011 by 5p.m.: Proposal, Faculty Mentor Contract, and Internship Sponsorship form (if applicable).
• U.S.—January 20, 2012 by 5p.m.: Proposal, Faculty Mentor Contract, and Internship Sponsorship form (if applicable).
• May 4, 2012 by 5p.m.: Reflection Essay
