Children and Society Student Representatives

The BDP Student Cabinet acts as the student voice for the BDPs. The Cabinet works in collaboration with the BDP coordinator and advisors to organize community-building events, develop new initiatives, and brainstorm new ways of enhancing the BDPs. Courtney Stollen is the representative to the Student Cabinet for Children and Society.

Cassandra is interested in working with children and families as a mediator after she graduates from UT. She is particularly interested in exploring family violence issues and learning how violence affects the household dynamic.

Berenice is interested in working in child advocacy and for children’s rights, especially for children who grow up in unstable home environments. She plans to become a lawyer and work to protect abused and neglected children.
