The BDP Student Cabinet acts as the student voice for the BDPs. The Cabinet works in collaboration with the BDP coordinator and advisors to organize community-building events, develop new initiatives, and brainstorm new ways of enhancing the BDPs. Jessica Flynn and Molly Sun are the representatives to the Student Cabinet for Social Entrepreneurship and Non-profits.

Arjun is interested in non-profits and social change. This fall, he will be investigating social entrepreneurs and their ability to effect social change through non-profit organizations such as co-operatives.
“Through the classes I’ve taken for my BDP, I’ve come to understand that sociology and health care intersect on a multitude of levels. My BDP has helped me see the connection, and now I’m pursuing internships and future academic programs in medical sociology.”
