Advisors

Advisors play a key role in the mission and implementation of the skills and experience flags. They work with the Center for the Core Curriculum to:

  • Communicate information to students about program-specific flag requirements.
  • Help students identify flagged courses that fit in their degree plans.
  • Assist students seeking flag equivalencies through the School of Undergraduate Studies’ petitions process.
  • Identify areas of the curriculum where more flags need to be implemented to meet student demand.
