Are you interested in transferring to another school or college at UT?

If your answer to this question is “yes” then you are an Internal Transfer (IT).

As an internal transfer student, each academic unit (college or school) at the university requires that you successfully complete certain academic requirements as well as an application to transfer. Admission to another program is not guaranteed and in many cases is very competitive.

Many programs offer Internal Transfer Information Sessions during the fall and spring semesters. Attendance is highly recommended, and in some cases, required, in order to apply to transfer. Internal transfer requirements and information session schedules for the fall 2009 can be found here.
