Changing Colleges at UT

If you wish to transfer from one college or school at the university to another, you must apply for an internal transfer.

The college or school you wish to enter will have certain academic requirements you must complete before turning in your transfer application. Admission to another program is not guaranteed and, in many cases, is very competitive.

Many programs offer Internal Transfer Information Sessions during the fall and spring semesters. Attendance is highly recommended and sometimes required in order to apply to transfer.
