Visit the Center for Strategic Advising if you aren’t sure what you want to major in, if you’re thinking of changing majors, or if you’re an admitted UGS student.

The University Honors Center offers a variety of programs for undergraduate honors students.

Core curriculum requirements are shared by every undergraduate.

• Signature Course cover a vast array of topics from an interdisciplinary perspective
• The University Lecture Series creates a campus-wide conversation
• Course flags help you acquire vital skills in writing, independent inquiry, and quantitative reasoning, and expose you to cultural diversity, global cultures, and ethics and leadership.

Dig Deeper

The Archer Program at UT Austin sends students to work in Washington, D.C. while they take classes that will count towards their degree.

Bridging Disciplines Program (BDP) combine coursework, internships, and research on ten interdisciplinary topics. Dig deeper into your major topic or explore related topics while satisfying your core curriculum and elective requirements.

The Office of Undergraduate Research helps you get involved with any type of research or creative activity that interests you.
