College of Fine Arts FIGs

Attention Fine Arts students new to UT Austin! First-Year Interest Groups (FIGs) in the College of Fine Arts seek to create and foster collaborative student communities formed around majors and shared interests. The FIG seminar will introduce you to a variety of fine arts and campus resources and help you build lasting connections to peers, faculty, and staff. FIGs are offered in art, arts & entertainment technology, music, and theatre & dance. Information about FIG registration will be provided at the College of Fine Arts meetings during summer freshman orientation. For more details about joining one of our FIGs, talk to your undergraduate academic advisor during orientation.
