The Honors Colloquium

Each summer exceptional high-school students from throughout the state are invited to a unique summer program designed to discover and explore The University of Texas at Austin. This distinctive, free, three-day program is more than a campus tour – it is a showcase of the very best the university has to offer.

Through the Honors Colloquium experience you will:

• Explore UT through Signature Courses led by professors distinguished in the sciences, humanities and arts
• Experience a UT Honors Class offered by one of our freshman honors programs in an atmosphere that encourages intellectual exploration and engagement
• Participate in tours and interest sessions held throughout campus in UT’s many laboratories, libraries and museums
• Experience residential life first hand while living in Jester Center and being a part of a cohort led by an exceptional group of UT student and staff mentors
• Attend one of the special luncheon programs hosted by each of UT Austin’s colleges and schools
