Before You Arrive
Congratulations on being registered for this year’s Honors Colloquium. We look forward to welcoming you to campus on Thursday, July 18, 2013. Be certain to confirm that your Honors Colloquium registration is complete by checking your registration status.
All of our communication with you will be via email. Please unblock our email address so that you can receive messages and attachments from hc@austin.utexas.edu, and check your email regularly for important updates and messages about the program.
There is no expense to you for the two-night stay, including all meals and snacks. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from Austin. Please be sure to provide any updates to your Travel Information prior to July 15, 2013.
After July 15th, please call the University Honors Center at (512) 471-6524 with any travel changes. If you need to reach us on Thursday, July 18 with late travel information, please call the Colloquium office at Jester Center at (512) 471-4050.
Please let us know if your plans change and you are unable to attend Honors Colloquium so that we may offer the spot to someone on our waiting list.
