Registration to the Honors Colloquium is limited to invited students who received their unique ID and password in a letter of invitation.
Registration is a seven step process. All forms that you need to complete are in PDF format. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files.
All of our communication with you will be via email. Please unblock your email address so that you can receive messages and attachments from email@example.com, and check your email regularly for important updates and messages about the program.
Space at the Colloquium is limited and registration closes when capacity has been reached.
Step 1: Browse the Honors Colloquium schedule and event selections to preview your activity choices while at the Colloquium.
Step 2: You must claim your UTEID before you are able to register for the Honors Colloquium. The UTEID is your unique identifier with the university that allows you access to personalized information. Log in using the UTEID and temporary password provided in your invitation letter. You will be prompted to change your password. Please remember to write down your new password.
Step 4: Report additional data
Participants and parents must download, print, sign and return these required forms to the Honors Colloquium Office in order to continue Colloquium registration. Forms may be faxed, mailed or emailed as a PDF.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to register for Colloquium until the Consent for Treatment and the Release Agreement have been received and processed by the Honors Colloquium Office. The Release Agreement requires the signature of a witness. The witness can be any individual 18 years or older. The agreement does NOT need to be notarized. Electronic signatures are NOT accepted.

Step 6: Register for Colloquium classes and sessions
Registration for Honors Colloquium includes choosing your classes and selected activities from the choices you previewed in Step 1. When you begin your class selections, please be prepared to complete it in one sitting. Please note that the classes and sessions that you are choosing are only a portion of your Colloquium experience. Please visit the Honors Colloquium Schedule web page to view the entire schedule of activities and events.
Step 7: Please provide information about your transportation details. You may return to this page at any time prior to July 15, 2013 to make updates.
