Brent Iverson Elected President of UT System Academy of Distinguished Teachers

Brent Iverson, who will begin serving as Undergraduate Studies dean on July 1, was elected president of the inaugural UT System Academy of Distinguished Teachers. He was one of twelve outstanding educators inducted into the Academy's inaugural class on April 23.(read more)

Iverson Accepts Dean Position

Known for his excellence in research and teaching, Dr. Iverson has been a force for consensus on campus and in his current role as Chairman of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry in the College of Natural Sciences. His tenure as dean begins July 1. (read more)

Students Showcase Creative Work & Research

As a part of Research Week, Bridging Disciplines Programs students will have the opportunity to showcase work from their research, internship, and creative project Connecting Experiences.
