There are many excellent resources at the University of Texas at Austin and online to help you get the most out of your Signature Course writing.
Trained UWC consultants will work with you on any writing project (even if it’s not for a class). They can send a note to your instructor upon request, letting him or her know what you’ve been working on. Additionally, UWC services are funded from student fees, so your visit is already paid for. The UWC is located in the Flawn Academic Center, room 211. Call 512-471-6222 or go online to make an appointment.
The UWC also has a set of handouts available, covering common writing problems like clarity, comma use, and sentence fragments.
