Please use University Printing Services’ templates for ordering letterhead & business cards. Each UGS area is financially responsible for its own letterhead.

If in doubt, please show a proof to the Electronic Publishing Specialist.

Order

On the Printing Services letterhead page, choose design B. Enter the information exactly as specified in the graphic below. Second sheets (with the UT watermark but no top header) are also available: consider ordering some, in the event that you write a letter that runs onto a second or third page.
