Registration for the Honors Colloquium Registration is limited to invited students who received their unique ID and password in a letter of invitation. Interested students who did not receive an invitation are invited to self-nominate.

Please read through the steps, then click on Step 1 to begin the registration process.

Step 1 –Browse the Colloquium Schedule
Browse the Honors Colloquium schedule and event selections. This site will give you an opportunity to preview your choices for activities while at the Colloquium.

Step 2 – Claim your UTEID
You must claim your UTEID before you are able to register for the Honors Colloquium. The UTEID is your unique identifier with the university that allows you access to personalized information. Log in using the UTEID and temporary password provided in your invitation letter. You will be prompted to change your password. Please remember to write down your new password.

Step 3 – Update your Be a Longhorn profile
Update your Be a Longhorn profile. We will use the information that you provide to complete your prospective student record and build your Be a Longhorn personal homepage with the content that is most relevant to your needs.

Step 4 – Select Colloquium classes and sessions
Select your Honors Colloquium classes and sessions by selecting your activities from the choices you previewed in Step 1. When you begin your selection, please be prepared to complete it in one sitting.

Step 5 – Complete your Travel Information
Please provide information about your transportation details. You may return to this page at any time to make updates.

Step 6 – Complete University required medical and consent forms
Download forms from the bar at the right. Participants and parents must sign and return these forms to the Honors Colloquium Office no later than July 9, 2008 to complete registration. Forms may be faxed or mailed. PLEASE NOTE: No student will be allowed to participate in the Honors Colloquium without having these forms on file:

• Consent for Treatment– required for all participants
• HC Release Form– required for all participants
• WE@UT Release Form– required for all WE@UT participants.
• Notice of Privacy Policy– Please download and read. This form is for you to keep. You do not need to return it.

Step 7 – Honors Colloquium STATUS CHECK
