The Student Events Center Music and Entertainment Committee (MEC) and the Cactus Cafe proudly present the annual Kerrville Singer/Songwriter Contest. Each year, UT students are invited to play original folk and country music on the famed Cactus Cafe stage. The winner will be offered a chance to perform at the Kerrville Folk Festival this summer.

Participation is open to all UT students. Contestants can register at the following link: http://www.kerrvillenewfolk.org/university/ and submit a demo containing 2-4 songs no later than Friday, April 5 at 5:00pm.
