Visión Latina

Join E+E Mexican American Culture for Visión Latina, an intimate evening of student talent showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of the Latino American spirit. There will be student performances, refreshments and giveaways!

Whether through visual art, song, or spoken word, the Latino American culture is alive within all of us. In Mexico, artists such as Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera expressed their emotions through paintings full of vibrant colors and patterns that earned them international acclaim. Chilean poet Pablo Neruda crafted his words carefully, expressing human sorrow and joy in ways that transcended national borders and touched readers all over the world. Musician Carlos Santana continues to entertain people worldwide with his innovative guitar-playing style infused with Latin American flair.

All students and organizations are invited to participate and bring their own individual talents to the stage for the entire UT community to enjoy!
