  Parameters
Prerequisites
  • Register event through proper departments
  • Reservation of event venue
  • Schedule an appointment with the Ticket Office Manager 2-4 weeks before tickets are to be distributed
Ticket Distribution
  • Tickets are generated from outside source
  • Tickets must be available to all UT students
  • Ticket Office Manager will notify the primary contact person by email each day, up to the day of the event the number of tickets issued, and number of tickets remaining
Distribution Information and Specifications
  • Patrons must pick up tickets in person at the Ticket Office
  • Patrons, if required, must show valid UT ID
  • Tickets must be approved by Ticket Office Manager
Remaining Tickets
  • Must be picked up by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the event
  • Tickets must be picked up by 4:30 p.m. on Friday for weekend events
  • Tickets NOT picked up will be recycled
Organization/Department Contact
  • Two designated representatives are allowed to:
    • Inquire about distribution
    • Deliver tickets
    • Pick-up remaining tickets
  • Your representatives’ names will be the primary and secondary contacts on the application form

The Ticket Office Manager reserves the right to waive any policies.
