SAC Reservation Cancellation

Use this to send SAC Reservations an email requesting that a reservation be canceled. Please supply as much information as possible to help us find your reservation. If you submitted your reservation through the University Unions Reservations system, you can cancel through the Reservations system by logging in and going to View My Requests.

***Please be aware that cancellation of your reservation may result in a fee assessed to your organization or department, check the rate sheet for any applicable charges.

Enter "NA" for any items that don't apply to you, or which you don't have.
