The University Co-op Presents Texas Revue is the largest, most diverse, student-run talent show held on campus. This annual tradition showcases a variety of acts including dancing, music, and skits by student organizations and individual performers. Texas Revue prides itself in choosing diverse and talented acts to bring an entertaining value to the show. With over 55 acts auditioning each year and averaging over 2000 attendees, Texas Revue has truly made a name for itself. The Overall winner of the show is awarded $1500 and the Best Technical Act is awarded $750.

Audition for the Texas Revue 2012 Show!
Every year, Texas Revue looks for diverse and talented acts to audition to be part of our show. Previous acts have included chinese yo-yo tricks, slam poets, various dance soloists/groups, musicians (singer/song-writers, drummers, violinists), and short plays/skits.

Interested in auditioning for Texas Revue? Please come out to one of our information sessions. At the info sessions, you will get the opportunity to hear from the TR 2012 Committee about the audition process, what we are looking for, and what to expect at auditions/the show.
Audition Sign-Ups:
January 17th to February 15th from 8 AM to 5PM (Location: UNB 4.300)
Information Sessions**:
• Monday, November 14th 2011 at 7-8:30 (Location: SAC 3.116)
• Monday, February 6th, 2012 at 7-8:30 (Location: SAC 3.116)
**You do not have to attend an information session to audition-but it is highly recommended
Auditions*
Saturday, February 18th at your designated time slot (Location SAC 2.304)
*Committee members will call to verify your time slot; please remember that all acts must be no longer than 7 minutes
Additionally, we will be tabling in West Mall/Jester the weeks of November 7th and January 23rd. Please feel free to stop by and talk to a committee member about the audition process, act expectations, or any other concern.
