The University Unions provides opportunities each week (Tuesday-Monday) for Registered Student Organizations to advertise student-focused, student-produced events and activities on campus open to all UT students on the University Unions digital screen system (DigiKnow). Approved advertisements will run for 7 days. Locations of the screens are throughout the Texas Union, Student Activity Center, Jester Wendys, and Prufrock's.
Please read the following parameters:
1. Space is available each semester starting the third Tuesday after school starts and ending with finals.
2. Screen space may be requested for a ONE WEEK PERIOD only.
3. The University Unions are not responsible for technical difficulties in the vent the system goes off-line.
4. The DigiKnow system will be unavailable for use during winter and summer break.
Technical Instructions:
The slide must be submitted for approval in the following format: 1920 x 1080 pixels widescreen RGB jpeg file.
Request Instructions:
1. Requests must be submitted via email to the ECC Assistant (ecc_asst@universityunions.utexas.edu) at least two weeks prior to the event. Please include the following information in your email:
2. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from the ECC Assistant within 48 hours. If you do not receive this, please contact Leslie Hay at (512) 475-6821.
3. The Events CoSponsorship Committee meets every Wednesday evening to allocate resources. You will be notified of the committee's decision the week before your requested date (usually Thursday).
4. If approved, all changes and edits requested by the committee are to be completed and returned to the ECC Assistant within 2 days of request or approval is forfeited.
5. Once completed, your advertisement will run from Tuesday-Monday during the week selected.
