- For returns made within 18 months of invoice date, no permission is required. Packing list with invoice information must accompany return.
- Shipping charges must be pre-paid.
- Books returned must be clean, saleable copies of in-print editions.
- Defective books should be so marked and defect clearly indicated. No claims for adjustment will be considered if received more than six weeks after date of invoice.
