Congratulations to the four Michener students who won and were finalists for the 2014 Keene Prize in Literature of UT's College of Liberal Arts: Mark Hitz, 50K grand prize winner, for his stories "Shadehill" and "Laws of Motion;" and finalists, receiving $17k awards each, Rachel Kondo (fiction, "Beverly"), Alen Hamza (poetry, "Twice There Was a Country") and three-time runner-up Corey Miller (poetry, "Onyxed Eden").
