Elisabet Ney Museum and Texas Folklife present POLKAPOCALYPSE!
A family-friendly polka extravaganza on Nov. 23 from noon–5 p.m. featuring live music from Brian Marshall, Polkasonics, Los Pinkys, Mark Halata and The Flying Balalaika Brothers!
The First Annual Polkapocalypse Pan-Ethnic Polka festival will showcase a Texas cultural tradition in Austin – Polka music—drawing on the diverse ethnic cultures that helped build the current Texas cultural landscape. Tap your feet to Czech, Polish, Slavic, Mexican-American and Ukranian Polka beat!
