Faculty and Staff ATS Computer Support

The university's Academic Technology Support (ATS) desktop support team provides computer support for all faculty and staff in the College of Liberal Arts for your UT owned equipment. ATS also provides computer support and imaging services for all classroom console computers and all labs across the college.

ATS's Promise to you:

  1. We promise to always answer the phone during working hours. Our phones and seating are set up so that someone is always available to take your call.
  2. We promise to try and resolve your issue on the spot. We are experienced support professionals. The person you get will likely understand the issue you are dealing with and will solve your issue either over the phone or in person.
  3. We promise to communicate. If we can’t resolve your issue right away, we will provide timely updates and let you know what’s happening until the issue is handled.
  4. We promise to follow-up. If you require a specialist, we will contact them with you on the line or on your behalf and we will follow-up to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
