The Office of Institutional Equity offers several educational opportunities during the year related to Institutional Policy, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruiting and Retaining a Diversified Workforce and Respecting Diversity-Rights and Responsibilites through the TX Class system. These courses offer real world application and tools that the University employee needs to better understand how these subjects can enrich their work environment while supporitng OIE's and the university's mission of EEO/AA compliance. These learning opportunities are offered to support the understanding and adherence to all university policies, procedures, best practices that uphold all State and Federal laws. These classes offer the opportunity for interactive discussion and sharing of best practices as related to each course subject. The learning outcomes will provide the attendee with a better understanding of OIE subject matter and how to use this information in their work and beyond. TX CLASS PN 980: The Respectful Workplace: Rights, Responsibilities and Best Practices
This class is limited to our community of 10,000 Student Workers. If you are participating in the Student Employee Excellence Certification (SEED Program) you will have access to 16 interactive workshops for your professional development.
