The Facilities Service Center will be known for providing excellent customer service by consistently meeting the needs of our clients and peers.
Our mission is to be the client’s advocate by efficiently processing all facilities related requests, emergencies, and inquiries for The University of Texas at Austin, supporting the department’s core values of Service, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and Stewardship (SITES).
