Is it possible for my department to grant key signature authority to someone else?

If your department wants to give key signature authority to someone who does not have it, the chair or head of the department must send Lock and Key Services a letter assigning key signature to that person. Be sure to include a sample of that person's signature in the letter.

How can my department get records of who has keys to our rooms?

If you are a person with key signature authority and want information about the key records of multiple individuals or particular rooms in your department, e-mail a request for that information to Supervisor Gary Killinger.
