Favorite class in Theatre and Dance:

Quetta Carpenter's "Movement" class. Quetta takes you through a wide variety of movement forms focusing on the components of Mime, always with an emphasis on "really doing what you're doing." She begins almost every class session with an intense and unique 14 minute warm up filled with playful banter, which alone, is worth taking the class for. She's also a highly successful currently working actor with tons of useful tips for getting in the biz.

Favorite thing about Austin:

The Food: Trudy's, Mandolas, Smitty's BBQ, 24hr Diner, Whole Foods, P-Terry's. And, the Outdoors: Zilker Park, Barton Springs, the Greenbelt, Lady Bird Lake, Hamilton Pool.

Favorite place to study:

Epoch Coffee on North Loop - good music, big tables, comfy chairs, strong coffee.
