About the Staff Service Awards Program

The University of Texas at Austin Staff Service Awards Program celebrates and recognizes the contributions of committed staff who are responsible for transforming lives for the benefit of society. Service awards are presented to university staff in recognition of length of service. Staff receive their first service award for ten (10) years of eligible service. Thereafter, service awards are presented in five-year intervals as eligible service accrues.

The 2014 Recipient List is now available online. The awards will be presented at The President's Staff Awards on May 7, 2014, at 10 a.m. in the LBJ Auditorium.
