As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

Installing FireEyes

Note: After installing, you will need to Linking FireEyes Connection to WorldSpace before you can use the university's accessibility standard to analyze websites.

  1. Verify you have the prerequisite software installed:
  2. Using Firefox, go to WorldSpace and complete the form to login:
    • User Name: your EID
    • Password: your EID password
  3. Once you have a project assigned to you, you can download FireEyes.
    Click Download FireEyes which is under the Quick Links heading on the WorldSpace homepage.
  4. Click Install Now

Note: If you don't see a Download FireEyes link, click on Home to be taken to the Welcome to WorldSpace page.

Note: Deque recommends installing the version of FireEyes available from our WorldSpace server.
