The University of Texas at Austin
As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Renewing Services

When you sign up for services, you may be presented with an option to automatically renew the service. You can choose to automatically renew the service once your current subscription expires.

If you choose to renew automatically, a reminder will be sent to your ITS Computer Services page 30 days before the expiration date. Seven days before the expiration date, you will receive an email message reminding you that your current subscription is about to expire and your service will be renewed automatically. You don't need to do anything if you still want your service to renew automatically. If you want to end your service, visit the ITS Computer Services page (UT EID required) and cancel the automatic renewal before the seven days are up.

Note: Services will not be renewed automatically if you have outstanding charges at the time of renewal. You must pay outstanding charges before the current term expires, or else your paid ITS services will be cut off.
