As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Adding Users to a Group One at a Time

To add individual users to a group:

  1. Log on to the Technical Resource Account Control page (UT EID logon required).

  2. Select Group List, and then select the Group Name to which you want to add users.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the View Group page and enter the UT EID of the user you want to add. If you don't know their UT EID, select Find EID to search for it.

  4. Select the Give user "Super User" authorizations option if you want users to be able to change their accounts.

    Note: If you selected Set Super Users by Default when you created the group, the Give user "Super User" authorizations option will be selected by default.

  5. Click Add User. The new user's name and UT EID will be added to the list.
