Activating Existing Outlets
If your department has existing network outlets that are not active (e.g., you cannot connect to the network from a particular outlet), your department Technical Service Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for activating network outlets. Please check with your TSC before contacting ITS. If your department does not have a TSC, you can email email@example.com with your request. Please include the port number (each outlet should be labeled; if any are not, send email firstname.lastname@example.org).
ITS support staff also can troubleshoot network outlets which you believe should be active but are not. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
