Do I have to pay any support fees for the site licensed products?

Yes, each campus must pay its portion of the support fees each year. In turn, each campus must decide how to offset the support fees within their campuses.

For UT Austin: for the annual period (through February 2005), UT Austin departments that had existing Oracle contracts for products that are now site licensed paid their normal support charges minus any service credit due. For subsequent years (e.g., March 2005, March 2006. ...), there may be a different algorithm used.
