As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Known Issues: Cannot Open Voice Message Forwarded to Microsoft Outlook

If you set a Preference that automatically forwards or redirects copies of your voice mail messages to your Exchange email account, then open the attached VoiceMsg.wav files using Outlook, you may occasionally encounter an error message telling you that Outlook "cannot create file: VoiceMsg.wav."

Outlook limits the number of attached files with the same name, so it may be necessary to occasionally clean out the attachment folder. OutlookTempCleaner is a free utility that allows you to do this. Instructions and download can be found at the OutlookTempCleaner website.
