As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

TXShop: How do I upgrade my current licenses to the latest version?

Most license leases available through SDS are not version specific. Therefore, there is no additional license fee involved in upgrading to the latest version.

If you want to upgrade to the latest version (for example, SAS 9.2 to SAS 9.3), the license file is available to the licensee/purchaser through their records in MySDS account information page.

To obtain access to the updated installation media, send email to software@its.utexas.edu requesting the updated download.
